If You Can’t Reach Someone Right Away
We receive a high volume of calls each day. If you are unable to speak with a representative, please leave a voicemail.
We usually return calls within 24–48 hours.

Calling us does not mean that we have accepted your case. Our resources are limited, and we are not able to help everyone who contacts us—even when the issue is serious or unfair.
If we are unable to take your case, it does not mean your concern is not valid. You may want to visit our Resources page to find other places that may be able to help.

We only handle civil legal matters (cases where you cannot go to jail).
If you have a criminal case, please contact the Public Defender’s Office in the county where you are charged.
