Legal Aid Society and the Nashville Family Justice Center are hosting a free legal help clinic to assist those who are victims of stalking. The clinic will be on May 16, 2023 from 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at the Family Safety Center at 610 Murfreesboro Pike, Nashville, TN 37210.
During the clinic:
legal help and assistance with stalking cases will be provided
Metro police will be available to inspect vehicles for tracking devices for the first 15 vehicles on site
What is Stalking?
Stalking is two or more events that make you feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated, threatened, harassed, or molested. An event is where you might be followed, monitored, observed, surveilled, or threatened.
- must make you feel emotional distress; and
- a judge agrees that you should have felt emotionally distressed based on the facts of your case

Please bring anything that shows you are being stalked, harassed, and/or threatened such as:
