Legal Aid Society releases groundbreaking report on Metro Nashville’s highly successful Eviction Right to Counsel (ERTC) pilot project.

Throughout the pilot phase of ERTC, Legal Aid and the Nashville Hispanic Bar Association (Hispanic Bar), as the lead legal services organizations, have worked in partnership with several other nonprofits, including Conexión Américas, the American Muslim Advisory Council (AMAC), the Nashville Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC), and the People’s Alliance for Transportation, Housing, and Employment (PATHE), to provide a comprehensive approach to eviction defense.
